These Terms of Service govern your use of Diffuria AI (the "app" or the "service"). By using the app, you agree to these terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. If you use the app on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
The app currently uses a device-based account identifier rather than a traditional username/password login. You are responsible for access to the device you use with the app and for activity that occurs through your account identity.
Resetting app data, reinstalling the app, or using a different device may create a new local identity. Purchases and subscriptions remain governed by Apple's systems.
Credits: Certain features consume credits. Credit costs may vary by model, feature, or generation type and may change over time.
Promotional credits: We may offer introductory, referral, daily, or other promotional credits. Promotional credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may be modified or discontinued.
Subscriptions and credit packs: Paid subscriptions and one-time purchases are billed by Apple through your App Store account. Renewal, cancellation, and refund handling are subject to Apple's rules and billing systems.
Adjustments and failed generations: We may issue automatic or manual credit adjustments for failed or canceled generations. If a purchase or credit adjustment does not appear correctly, use Restore Purchases or contact support.

You retain whatever rights you have in content you upload. You are responsible for your prompts, images, audio, videos, and any output you choose to use or share.
As between you and us, and subject to applicable law and third-party rights, we do not claim ownership of your generated output. However, outputs may not be unique and may resemble content generated for other users.
You represent that you have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to upload any input content, including permissions from people whose likeness, voice, or personal data appear in that content.
The service relies on third-party AI, storage, analytics, purchase, and infrastructure providers. By using the app, you instruct us to send your prompts, uploads, outputs, and related metadata to those providers as needed to operate the service.
Results may be delayed, blocked, modified, or unavailable based on third-party systems, moderation rules, outages, or model changes.
We may add, remove, or change models, features, credit pricing, subscription offerings, and limits at any time. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
We may suspend or restrict access if you violate these terms, abuse the service, or create risk for other users or providers. You may stop using the app at any time. Local app data can be reset in-app, and server-side deletion requests can be made through support.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from your use of the service.
Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
