How does account access work?

Diffuria currently uses a device-based account identifier instead of a traditional username/password login. Resetting app data or reinstalling the app can create a new local identity on that device.

How do credits work?

Generation costs vary by model and feature. The app shows the cost before you generate. We may also offer promotional credits such as introductory, referral, or daily credits. Paid credits and subscriptions are handled through Apple.

I was charged but did not get credits

Go to Profile or Settings and use Restore Purchases. If credits still do not appear, contact us using the form above and include your product name, purchase date, and any App Store receipt screenshot you have.

How do I delete my data?

The in-app delete/reset flow clears local app state on your device. If you want server-side records tied to a previous anonymous account removed, contact us using the form above and choose Privacy & Data Requests.

Why was my prompt blocked?

Some prompts are blocked by built-in safety filters from the app or model providers. Try rewording the request and avoid illegal, explicit, abusive, or deceptive content.

How long does generation take?

Simple image generations are often faster than video or lip-sync jobs. Timing depends on model load and provider queues, so delays can vary.

Can I use generated content commercially?

In general, we do not claim ownership of outputs you generate. You are still responsible for ensuring your prompts, uploads, and outputs do not violate third-party rights, platform rules, or applicable law.
