Diffuria AI ("we", "our", or "the app") is an AI image and video creation service. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, when we share it, and what controls you have.
Device-based account information: The app currently uses a device-based identifier rather than a traditional username/password account. We store an anonymous account ID, authentication tokens, and security-related identifiers such as App Attest data when available.
Generation inputs and media: When you create content, we may collect prompts, negative prompts, uploaded images, masks, reference videos, and audio files you choose to submit for processing.
Generation history and service records: We store operational records such as prompt text, model used, credit cost, generation status, timestamps, and output URLs so the app can show history, track credits, troubleshoot failures, and operate the service.
Purchase and entitlement data: We receive transaction confirmations, product identifiers, subscription status, and related metadata from Apple and our subscription provider. We do not receive your full payment card details.
Usage analytics: We collect app events such as screen views, generation attempts, credit changes, session data, and similar product analytics tied to your anonymous account ID.
Notification data: If you allow notifications, we store your device push token to send generation and app-related alerts.
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only as needed to operate the service, including with:
Generated media that you save in the app is downloaded to your device. The service also keeps backend records related to generations, credits, purchases, analytics, and account state.
Prompt history and saved creations may remain on your device until you remove them. Server-side records are retained for operational, security, accounting, support, and legal purposes for as long as reasonably necessary.
Files routed through third-party storage or model providers may also be retained under those providers' operational practices.
We do not use the app to track you across third-party apps or websites for targeted advertising. The app does not currently rely on App Tracking Transparency for its analytics flow.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. This includes transport encryption, Keychain storage for sensitive local tokens, and service-side access controls. No system is perfectly secure, and you should avoid uploading content you are not comfortable transmitting to third-party processors.
Diffuria AI is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we may update the effective date above and, where appropriate, provide notice inside the app.
